Saint Piran Women’s MTB Team
2022 saw us introduce an MTB-specific platform, and we are delighted to announce that this platform is expanding going into 2023. More riders, a greater level of support and a structured race programme means we can be equally competitive both on and off-road. We recognise the level at which these riders race, and the team will sit within Saint Piran Women’s Racing Team with an equal offering to their teammates who are racing on the road. This team will target primarily XC, XC Marathon and CX with opportunities both in the UK and Europe.
Saint Piran Women’s Team
The Saint Piran Women’s Racing Team (WRT) was established in 2020. Saint Piran WRT is one of the highest profile and leading teams in the UK, competing in over 40 races this year across the UK and Europe. This includes the leading Tour Series races, national track racing and National Cyclocross League.2023 will see us blend social impact with increased impact in racing with increased parity of training, equipment and race calendar with our men’s team.
05-03
05-03, our new feeder team which will act as a stepping stone for local riders to develop and learn the necessary skills and race craft to compete at the top level. In 2023 we are adding a women’s team to 05-03.
Developing and transforming young Cornish talent is at the forefront of 05-03’s values, bridging the gap between already successful British athletes and preparing them to compete alongside the best the UK and Europe has to offer. Competing in some of the biggest races on the UK circuit, including the Tour Series, National Road championships and National Circuit championships across multiple disciplines road, track, MTB, Cross and E-Racing.
